About Us
James Grant has been at the forefront of primetime UK talent management for over 26 years specialising in the representation of presenters and personalities across the media industry.
James Grant was launched in 1984 by Chairman Peter Powell and Creative Director Russ Lindsay.
26 years on, James Grant continues to be run by Peter and Russ alongside joint Managing Directors
Paul Worsley and Darren Worsley, who joined the company in 1990 and 1992 respectively. The company
has grown significantly during the last two decades culminating in its acquisition by James Grant Group in February 2008. Neil Rodford, James Grant's Chief Executive and Mark Page, the Group's Finance
Director joined the James Grant board upon acquisition.
Today the company has three distinct areas of trading with its heritage in Talent Management at the core. Complementing this key area are Brand Management and Digital.
Talent Management
James Grant Media has an enviable track record and a reputation for being one of the most professional, innovative and successful Talent Management companies in the UK. We specialise in the representation
of television presenters and enjoy an impressive portfolio of the elite in this sector of the industry. The company's operational executives have helped to develop the careers of some of the UK’s highest profile media stars.
Brand Management & Digital Media
Brand management and ancillary rights is one of the fastest growing areas of talent management.
We work with our clients to enable them to maximise their TV developed brands across other commercial areas. Such commercial activities include ad-funded TV programming, publishing, brand advertisements
and product endorsements. Closely linked to Brand Management is the ability to develop Intellectual
Property and commercialise that IP for the benefit of our clients using digital means for promotion purposes.
This is an area we are seeking to exploit for the benefit of all Group clients by aggregating opportunities which provide our clients with incremental and recurring revenue.
