Sally Meen

Sally  is a versatile and dynamic live television presenter, crossing seamlessly from news, entertainment and current affairs on TV South West, GMTV and Talk Radio to dancing and singing on The Generation Game. Her range of programming over the last fifteen years is testament to her on-screen talent and depth of knowledge of news, music, the arts, languages, design and travel. She always brings an upbeat persona and spark to her programming and her production team and is know for being intellectually able, dependable, punctual and great fun.

Sally is currently the main host and face of Thomas Cook TV, having moved there from TV Travel Shop. In 2004, she was one of the main designers on ITV1’s Sixty Minute Makeover and presenter of a series on Five called Home Values. She was also one of the main designers for the BBC1 show Real Rooms.

As well has her qualifications in Art and Design, Sally also has a degree in Catering and Institutional Management. She is a real foodie and her catering training has led to her hosting a series of food programmes on Carlton Food Network, cooking ‘live’ and travelling all over the World for Food Network Daily and hosting another food show Chocolate Covered (22 episodes). Sally has covered for the main host of Good Food Live for BBC UK Food.
 
Sally has bought and restored seven houses as well as designing and decorating perfumier Jo Malone’s Chelsea home. She also has an extensive knowledge and love of worldwide travel.

Over the years Sally has also hosted her own daily three hour show on Liberty London Radio and she co-hosted the breakfast show on Talk Radio. Apart from Sally’s media skills she speaks fluent French. When she’s not working out in the gym she loves to walk her two bearded collies on Clapham Common. Her passion for animals has lead her to take an active role in fund raising for the National Canine Defence League.

Sally’s corporate clients include IBM, Sony, On Digital, Renault, Mercedes, Mann Trucks, Cable & Wireless, MacMillan nurses, PPP Healthcare, Nationwide Building Society, Curry’s Dixons Group and Compaq computers & Vauxhall.
